In an ironic twist, a Rhode Island lawyer who specializes in drunken driving cases has been charged with a DUI for the second time in a year.

The Associated Press reports that East Providence police have charged 32-year-old Layne Savage with a DUI, refusing an alcohol breath test and leaving the scene of an accident.

Savage reportedly crashed into a parked and drove away. According to Channel 10, the accident was recorded by a surveillance camera that was in the area.

Channel 10 says Savage was also charged with a DUI by Barrington police last March. She is set to appear in court on Thursday.
