(NEWPORT, RI) –The Miss Rhode Island Scholarship Organization will be crowning its new Miss Rhode Island and Miss Rhode Island’s Outstanding Teen in Newport at 4:00 p.m. at the historic Casino Theater, 10 Freebody Street, Newport, RI on Sunday, May 22.
